LoudHub operates a directory and marketplace connecting customers with independently owned cannabis dispensaries and delivery services across Canada. It applies to LoudHub's own platform only — each dispensary listed on LoudHub operates its own store, handles its own transactions, and maintains its own privacy practices for the personal information you provide directly to them at checkout.

• Vendor application details, including business name and Cannabis Retail License Number, if you apply to list a store

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payment information you provide at checkout is handled by the individual dispensary's own payment processor, not by LoudHub.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate your account and let you browse, save, and order from dispensary listings
• Connect you with dispensaries in your area based on the location you provide
• Review and process vendor applications

How Information Is Shared

When you place an order or submit an inquiry through a dispensary's storefront on LoudHub, the information needed to fulfill that order (such as your name, delivery address, and contact details) is shared directly with that dispensary, since they are the party responsible for fulfilling your order. We do not sell personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
