Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Refunds Are Handled by Each Dispensary
Because LoudHub is a directory and marketplace rather than a retailer, refunds, returns, and order corrections are handled directly by the dispensary you ordered from, not by LoudHub. Each vendor sets and manages their own refund policy for the products they sell, and that policy may vary from store to store.
Cannabis-Specific Restrictions
Many dispensaries are unable to accept returns of cannabis products once they've left the store or been delivered, due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements around cannabis handling. This is common across the industry and generally applies even if you simply changed your mind about a product. Refund or exchange eligibility for issues like a damaged, incorrect, or missing item is set by the individual dispensary — check their store page or your order confirmation for their specific policy before ordering.
How to Request a Refund
If something is wrong with your order, here's the general process:
- Contact the dispensary directly first, using the phone number or contact details on their store listing
- Have your order number and details about the issue ready — most vendors resolve straightforward problems (wrong item, missing item, damaged packaging) quickly once contacted
- If the dispensary has a stated refund or exchange window, make your request within that window
If You Can't Reach a Resolution
If you've contacted the dispensary directly and haven't been able to resolve the issue, reach out to LoudHub through our Contact page. We're not a party to the transaction and can't issue a refund on a vendor's behalf, but we can help facilitate communication with the store and, where appropriate, review the listing if a pattern of unresolved complaints comes up.
Consumers in Ontario also have rights under the province's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, which covers issues like unfair business practices and certain cancellation rights. You can read the full text on the official Ontario e-Laws website: ontario.ca/laws/statute/02c30.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery doesn't arrive, arrives significantly late, or arrives incomplete, contact the dispensary first, since they control their own delivery logistics and timelines. Most vendors will offer a replacement, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the situation and their individual policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or applicable laws change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For the broader terms governing use of LoudHub, see our Terms of Service.
