Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of loudhub.ca (the "Platform"), operated by LoudHub. By creating an account, browsing dispensary listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Platform.
What LoudHub Is
LoudHub is a directory and marketplace that connects customers with independently owned and operated cannabis dispensaries and delivery services across Canada. LoudHub does not grow, package, sell, or deliver any cannabis product itself. Every listing on the Platform belongs to a separate, independent business responsible for its own inventory, pricing, order fulfillment, and compliance with applicable cannabis regulations in its province.
Cannabis sale, possession, and distribution in Canada are governed by the federal Cannabis Act, alongside provincial regulations that vary by location. You can read the full text of the Cannabis Act on the Government of Canada's Justice Laws website: laws-lois.justice.gc.ca.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum legal age for cannabis in your province to use the Platform to browse or order cannabis products — 18 in Alberta, 19 in most other provinces, and 21 in Quebec. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide, including your age, is accurate.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us right away through our Contact page.
Orders and Transactions
When you place an order through a dispensary listed on LoudHub, you're entering into a transaction directly with that dispensary, not with LoudHub. Pricing, product availability, delivery timelines, payment methods, and order fulfillment are all controlled by the individual vendor. LoudHub is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for a vendor's failure to fulfill an order, product quality, or any dispute arising between you and a vendor.
Vendor Listings
Vendors applying to list a store on LoudHub are expected to hold a valid Cannabis Retail License Number and to operate in compliance with the laws of their province. LoudHub reviews vendor applications before approval but does not independently verify every claim made in a vendor's listing, and listing on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of any particular product or business.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform if you don't meet the minimum legal age in your province
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or authority to act on behalf of a business
- Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform
- Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable federal or provincial law
- Scrape, copy, or republish Platform content or vendor listings without permission
Intellectual Property
The LoudHub name, logo, and platform design are the property of LoudHub. Product names, descriptions, images, and branding submitted by vendors remain the property of those vendors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." LoudHub does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings, product availability, or pricing at any given time, since this information is controlled by independent vendors and can change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, LoudHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your dealings with any vendor listed on it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services or applicable laws change. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
