No, you can browse stores, menus, and city pages without creating an account. You'll need to create one when you're ready to place an order, save a wishlist, or track order history.

Click "Sign Up" in the header and choose whether you're signing up as a customer or as a vendor. Customer accounts only need basic contact details; vendor accounts require additional information covered in the vendor FAQ on our Become a Vendor page.

Find a dispensary near you, browse their menu, and add products to your cart the same way you would on any online store. Since each vendor operates independently, you'll check out separately with each dispensary if you're ordering from more than one at a time.

Accepted payment methods vary by dispensary, since each vendor manages their own checkout. Common options include debit, credit, e-transfer, and cash on delivery — check the specific store's page for what they accept before ordering.

Order tracking depends on the individual dispensary's process. Once you've placed an order, you can view its status under My Account, and many vendors will contact you directly with updates or a tracking link for delivery.

Since dispensaries fulfill their own orders, contact the store directly first — most listings include a phone number or contact option. If you're unable to resolve an issue directly with the vendor, reach out to LoudHub support through our Contact page and we'll help however we can.
