Shipping Policy
All custom orders are made to order. Production time may vary depending on the quantity, design, and order requirements. Customers will receive an estimated processing/production timeframe when placing their order.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and products so we can review the issue.
Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all approved custom orders are considered final sale once production has begun.
Refunds are not available for changes of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or designs that were approved by the customer before production.
If we make an error with your order, please contact us with your order details and photos so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted.
Returns:
Custom-printed bags and custom grabba shakers cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the order.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are generally not available for custom products because each order is specifically produced according to the customer’s requested design, size, and specifications.
If you receive an order with a production error or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with photos and your order information so we can assess the issue and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
