Refund Policy
Due to the regulated and controlled nature of cannabis products, cannabis sales are generally final once completed. Refunds may be considered where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law and store policy. Customers should contact 4QE promptly with their order information and proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or prepared for fulfillment, subject to order status. Cannabis products generally cannot be returned or exchanged after completion of the sale except where required or permitted by law, including eligible defective or incorrect products.
