Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy At Loud R Us, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Customers may select their preferred shipping option at checkout:
  • Regular Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day, where available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for ensuring the delivery information provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package when required.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy Due to health and hygiene considerations, all sales are considered final. Refunds may only be considered if an item is unused, unopened, and untouched, and the request is made promptly after receiving the order. Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Loud R Us. Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation & Exchange Policy Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges: Exchanges are only available when there has been an error or mix-up with the item received. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information so we can review the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.
